Product Description

Flex Durability Tester is professionally applicable to the determination of flex durability of flexible films, composite films and coating films. The instrument can simulate the kneading and creasing behaviors of films happened during production, processing and transportation. The flex durability can be obtained by measuring the changes in number of pinholes or barrier properties after test, which can provide quantitative basis for package design and practical usage.

1. This equipment features five standard test modes and is equipped with four independent sample stations, supporting the operation of various test condition combinations. It allows for quick switching between long and short strokes, significantly enhancing testing efficiency and flexibility.

2. Driven by a high-performance servo motor, it boasts precise control and reliable positioning, effectively ensuring the repeatability and accuracy of the testing process.

3. The system is equipped with a dual security protection mechanism, incorporating both hardware and software, and features an intelligent automatic reset function, comprehensively ensuring operational safety.
