Salt Spray Tester is designed for surface treatment of corrosion-resistant capacity test for various materials, including paint, electroplating, organic and inorganic film, anti-rust oil, chemical treatment, and then achieves a long period of resistance to corrosion products.

1. Test chamber: Use the PVC gray impact resistance plate.

2. Water tank: manual/auto water refilling system, auto refill the water when less the water level, the test is without interruption, warning when water level insufficient to ensure the safe operation.

3. Precision glass nozzle is made of special glass, the fog spread uniformly and drop on the specimen naturally, ensure there is no crystalline salt obstruction with 4000 hours continuous use.

4. With dual over temperature protection, over temperature warning display and cut the power of heater to ensure sate use.

5. Adopt imported temperature controller, digital display, PID control, the error is ±0.1℃.
6. The working room use steam direct heating method, heating fast and evenly, reduce

the machine await time, heating pipes is made of high corrosion-resistant titanium pipes.

7. Spray tower is with conical dispersing device, have orientation- fog, adjusting the amount of fog and fog uniform dropping …ect function.

8. Saturated air barrel adopt Henry’s law for heating and Humidification, in order to provide required humidity for laboratory room, the material is made of SUS#304 stainless steel, with visual connectivity device and drainage switch, in order to view the water level and clean in the saturation barrel.

9. With automatic defogging device, can view the specimen clearly.
10. Fog seal sinks, water seals to prevent mist leakage.
11. The cover of working room is made of P.V.C plate, adopt pneumatic cylinder auto movements, easy and sate to operation.

13. The imported counter use digital display, counting accurately , can set any time, the time adjusted range is from 0.01 second to 9999 hours.

13. The reagent filling bottle use hide water level viewing window, easy to clean and not broken.

14. Laboratory basket use plane sub-degree frame, the angle can be adjusted, four off the fog and fog direction is entirely consistent, the number of test piece can be more placed.
