XHF-19NT Radiant Heat Tester is use for heat protection test for fabric of single layer or multi-layer under the high temperature. It also can be used to determine the heat-insulating property of other fire retardant board.

 

Thermal radiation is a important performance indicator of flame retardant products. Accurate determination of its protective properties is very important to select materials, research and development of new products, improved processing techniques.

1. Color touch screen display and control, English interface, menu based operation mode.

2. The core control components are composed of a multifunctional motherboard using STMicroelectronics N.V. 32-bit chip.

3. The radiation source uses 6 silicon carbon heating tubes, with a maximum heating capacity of 1200 ℃.

4. The intensity of the radiant heat source can be adjusted by itself.

5. The temperature recorder can collect and record temperature in real time.

6. The time recorder records the temperature change time in real time.

7. The heat radiation flux display table displays the real-time heat flux value.

8. Calibration calibrator for heat distribution can quickly complete calibration to ensure the accuracy of data.

9. The whole machine consists of a radiant heat source, a sample holder and mounting plate, a sample clamping plate, a copper calorimeter, a calorimeter mounting module, and a recorder.

10. Intelligent water circulation control system.

11. Metal protective shield, equipped with waterway cooling device.

12. Computer software connection, continuous recording and real-time display of temperature curve.
