Material Torsion Testing Machine is mainly used for the torsion test of metal and non-metal materials, as well as the torsion test for parts and components. It is an essential instrument to measure torsion properties of materials for mechanics laboratories of aviation industry, construction industry, scientific research dept, universities and industrial enterprises etc.

1, Loadframe: use horizontal structure, the main structure is frame casting structure, to ensure the whole rigidity, main spindle and clamper use super steel to ensure long working life,  load and unload specimen convenient and fast; clamper moving side adopt precision guide rail, minimum the specimen axial load.

2,. The driving system: using imported AC servo motor, with wide adjusting range, and loading stable, uniform.

3, The transmission system: using precision reducer drive, ensure uniform, stable and transmission precision. Transverse space in the range of 0 ~ 500mm free adjustment;

4. Measurement and display system: the machine adopts the photoelectric encoder to collect the samples of the torsional angle data, high precision torque sensor to collect the torque data, high precision rotary encoder to measure specimen deformation, PC screen to display test parameter like torque, angle, deformation and curves, The professional software runs on Windows98/2000/XP/Win 7 operating system.
