The XHL-02TA is applied to the physical property analysis of samples such as gelatin, carrageenan, curdlan, frozen surimi gel, agar composite hydrogel, sodium hyaluronate gel, pharmaceuticals (tablets, capsules, ointments, patches, suppositories, needle passability, powders) , cosmetics, dairy products, meat products, aquatic products, grain and oil foods, rice products, flour products, traditional Chinese medicines, tobacco, fruits and vegetables, baked foods, jelly, candies, jams, etc. It can accurately quantify multiple physical property indicators of samples, including gel strength, hardness, brittleness, tenderness, viscosity,


elasticity, toughness, cohesiveness, chewiness, tensile strength, breaking strength, shear strength, compressive strength, penetration strength, creep characteristics, and relaxation characteristics.

Product Features

1. Equipped with a light-touch keyboard as auxiliary keys, which not only facilitates experiments but also enables device control in offline mode.

2. The force sensor can be replaced quickly and safely. By switching the force sensor, the detection range can be changed, and the sensing resolution accuracy (0.001g~0.0001g) can be adjusted to adapt to different sample analyses.

3. Provides video and image capture functions, which can record the entire process of important sample tests, and synchronously display the recorded video along with other detection data and strain curves of the test in the software window, and synchronously save them to a traceable database.

4. With a data acquisition rate of 4000 groups per second, it can capture the precise moment when the sample changes, avoiding missed judgments and misjudgments.

Through the detection of 5 consecutive standard samples, the qualified or out-of-tolerance detection data are directly displayed on the software. The instrument automatically completes measurement and calibration through data algorithms, and prints the measurement report by itself, with the data stored in the audit database at the same time.

11. Deformation displacement accuracy verification measurement and automatic calibration: The instrument is equipped with a displacement accuracy measurement operation interface as standard. Through the communication between the electronic micrometer and the software, the qualified or out-of-tolerance detection data are directly displayed on the software. The instrument automatically completes measurement and calibration through data algorithms, and prints the measurement report by itself, with the data stored in the audit database at the same time.
