XHF-106F Impact Energy Attenuation Testing Machine
Product Category:Safety Helmet Tester
XHF-106F Impact Energy Attenuation Testing Machine ,Produced in accordance with helmet-related standards, it is primarily used to test the energy absorption performance of various helmets, including motorcycle helmets, sports helmets, electric bike helmets, firefighter helmets, rescue helmets, military/police helmets, pilot helmets, and industrial protective helmets. It is widely applied in the production, research, and quality supervision testing of various helmets across related industries.
ANSI Z89.1-10.2 Force Transmission/10.3 Apex Penetration/10.5 Off-Center Penetration
1. The overall system adopts a computer system + PLC system for separate control modes. The PLC system is an independently developed multifunctional helmet testing equipment operation control system, responsible for controlling related actions and speed measurements. The computer system consists of a constant current adapter, multifunctional data acquisition card, and host computer software, enabling real-time data collection, curve display, and export of time and acceleration value reports.
2. Display the maximum values of acceleration in three directions and the synthesized acceleration value.
3. The impact height can be set and displayed in real time. When the set height is reached, the upward movement will automatically stop.
4. Configure a dedicated box-type support fall protection device for the triaxial sensor.
5. The release device adopts pneumatic release and is equipped with a professional oil-free, noiseless air compressor, with an audible alarm warning before release.
6. The equipment is equipped with upper and lower limit switches, which automatically stop when reaching the respective limits.
7. The equipment employs imported data acquisition cards from the United States and a speed measurement system from South Korea.
8. Configure dual hydraulic buffers to ensure fall safety.
